What is the quote process?

What services do you offer? 

We provide fully tailored services for both removals and property clearances. This includes; home removals, office removals, full property clearance, partial property clearance, packing service, unpacking service, cleaning service, dismantling and assembly of furniture and waste clearance. We take away any unwanted items and dispose of them sustainably or repurpose them through our donations to the local community. View all our services.

How much is a removal?

The cost of a removal is determined by the specific requirements of your job, such as the number of vans and team members needed. We don't charge deposits or add extra fees for waiting times or keys. Our pricing is transparent, flexible, and designed to be affordable for our customers.Read more about moving costs.

How much is a property clearance?

The cost of a property clearance will depend on whether it is a partial or full clearance, and how many vans and team members are required. We do offer offsets for the clearance of valuable items. Our pricing is clear, adaptable, and aimed at providing affordability for our customers.

Are You Licensed and Insured? 

We are Upper Tier Licenced Waste Carriers and are fully insured including Public Liability Insurance and Freight Insurance.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

For your preferred moving date, we suggest securing a booking with us as early as you can. We understand that moving plans can change, so we're flexible with date adjustments and can also accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy? 

We offer flexibility for date changes, but please note that last-minute cancellations without rebooking may incur a cancellation fee.

Do You Offer Packing Supplies?

Yes, at Vale Clearances, we provide essential packing supplies like boxes, tape, and bubble wrap. Please ask us about pricing and availability.

Will You Disassemble and Reassemble Furniture?

Definitely. Furniture disassembly and reassembly are included in our comprehensive services. Just inform us ahead of time, and our team will assist you.

Do You Provide Assistance with Packing?

Absolutely. We offer professional packing services tailored to your needs. Whether it's full house packing, partial packing, or fragile-only packing, our team ensures your belongings are packed safely and efficiently.

Can You Handle Fragile or Special Items?

Of course. We have the expertise to handle fragile or special items such as antiques, delicate electronics, and valuable artwork. We take extra precautions to protect these items during the move.

Is Storage Available If I Need it?

Yes, we offer storage solutions for both short and long-term needs, depending on availability. Our secure facilities keep your belongings safe until you're ready for delivery.

What Happens to Items Cleared from the Property?

We prioritise the safety of your belongings during transit. Our team uses high quality packing materials including protective furniture covers,  secure loading methods, and safe driving practices to protect your items.

Absolutely. Our experienced team can handle large or bulky items like furniture, pianos, or heavy machinery. We have the necessary equipment and skills for safe transportation.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we offer NHS workers and Armed Forces discount. This will be detailed on your quote.
