Sustainability in Removals and Property Clearance

Vale Clearance is leading the way for introducing sustainable practices to the removals and clearance industry. Our innovative R3 Project: Reuse, Recycle, Redistribute is the game-changing initiative that allows us to have zero landfill waste whilst also helping the local community.

Recycle

For items that cannot be reused, recycling is the next best option. We meticulously sort all waste materials and ensure they are sent to the correct recycling facility. For items that cannot be recycled we sent to a waste management facility that processes these into a renewable fuel (Solid Recovered Fuel). With limited fossil fuel resources combined with the fight against climate change, SRF represents a real alternative to traditional fossil fuels.

Redistribute

As part of our commitment to supporting the community, we actively redistribute items to those in need. Whether it's furniture, clothing, or household goods, we collaborate with local charities and initiatives to ensure that usable items find new homes rather than ending up in landfill. Through redistribution, we not only reduce waste but also contribute to social welfare and community development.
